   Best bag I ever owned. I am very happy with my order and the service I got. I had made a mistake when ordering and had to reach to Ramla customer service to fix, the owner Ikram was so sweet, she took care of the problem herself and was very helpful , it’s so rare to see a company owner caring about her clients the way she does. Ikram thank you so much for the bag, it’s gorgeous and thank you for caring and fixing the issue for me, you got a client for life.

   I am so humbled and in awe of Ramla Bags— From the beautiful and handmade construction to the unbelievable customer service. I now own 8 Ramla bags (this Rockstar being one of my firsts!) and will continue to support this absolutely incredible company. Truly, my new favorite obsession!
